Room type configuration
Interior features:
The second floor has two double rooms and one quadruple room.
The third floor has one double room and one quadruple room.
The usage guidelines are as follows:
8 people book the entire building: Three rooms on the second floor are available.
10 people book the entire building: Add a double room on the 3rd floor
12 people book the entire building: Add a four-person room on the 3rd floor.
*On holidays, only 14 people are allowed to book the entire building.
Is it possible to add a bed?
★The beds are available for a maximum of 14 people. If additional people are needed, the maximum number of beds can be increased to 20. Children under 2 years old are not counted as children, and children 3 years old and above are charged per person.
★Extra bed options (all single mattresses)
- Each of the two double rooms will have an extra bed, and each of the four-person rooms will have an extra bed.
- The first floor is an open-plan space with wooden planks and two beds.
- Extra bed $1000/person/night
Extra beds will generally be arranged in a fixed area.
To maintain a comfortable space, adjustments can be made flexibly if special needs are required.

Refund policy for canceled bookings
The refund policy for canceled bookings in accordance with the Tourism Bureau's regulations.
Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in: Travelers can request a 100% refund of their deposit.
Cancellation 10 to 13 days before check-in: You can request a 70% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation 7 to 9 days before check-in: You can request a 50% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation 4 to 6 days before check-in: You can request a 40% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation 2 to 3 days before check-in: You can request a 30% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation one day before check-in: You can request a 20% refund of your deposit.
If the booking is cancelled on the day of check-in or without prior notice: the business operator may not refund the full deposit.

Spare parts supply
In response to the green and environmentally friendly initiative, our hotel does not provide disposable toiletries (such as toothpaste and toothbrushes). Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, and towels of various sizes are provided in the rooms. Daily housekeeping and towel replacement services are not available for extended stays.
Can I bring my pet?
The current equipment and environment do not yet provide a comfortable space for pets.
Therefore, pets are not allowed to stay at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Does breakfast serve?
We use CAFE!N brand meals, known for their freshness, quality, and convenience. Breakfast is served randomly and cannot be specified. Lacto-ovo vegetarian options are available. Breakfast is a complimentary meal for the entire building and cannot be discounted. Breakfast is not included for single room bookings.
Is it okay to grill meat?
For safety reasons, self-grilling is not allowed inside the guesthouse. We have partnered barbecue trucks that can help you book, or you can bring your own ingredients to use the guesthouse's kitchen, or find a barbecue truck yourself, but you must comply with the guesthouse's regulations for external barbecue trucks.

Barbecue Catering
Leo collaborated with catering provider "Li Laoshi Baked Goods"
Selected from the original mobile BBQ restaurant in Yilan, which has been operating for 11 years.
Currently offered without a menu, prices fluctuate.
Do not use marinated meat, assorted meat, or meat that has been fried before being grilled.
No tenderizing agents or baking soda needed for meat conditioning; the most authentic grilling method is used.
We use the original grilling method, ensuring the meat is fresh and no barbecue sauce is used.
The ingredients should be in a ratio of 1/3 meat, 1/3 seafood, and 1/3 seasonal vegetables.
Enjoy the flavors and quality of an izakaya on-site.

Can an invoice be issued?
Since guesthouses are businesses that do not issue invoices
To avoid using standardized invoices, the store is unable to provide invoices or receipts.
Smoking ban regulations
Smoking is strictly prohibited (including on balconies). To maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, a fine will be imposed for any violation of smoking regulations. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Do you provide baby supplies?
The guesthouse provides bed rails, a bathtub, and a bottle sterilizer. Please confirm these amenities with the official Line account in advance when booking.
