Whole-villa rules
- 8 guests: 3 rooms on 2F
- 10 guests: adds 3F double room
- 12 guests: adds 3F quad room
- Weekends: whole villa only, max 14 guests
03Extra Beds
Base capacity 14, up to 20 with extra beds.
Extra bed NT$1,000 / person / night. Children under 2 are free; ages 3+ count as guests.
Extra beds use single-size Rijujiu mattresses.
04Visitors
- Visitor fee: NT$200 per person
- Visitors must leave before 22:00
- After 22:00 the villa is for registered guests only
- Please notify us in advance

06Cancellation Policy
Per Taiwan's 2017 Standard Lodging Contract:
Refund schedule
- 3+ days before check-in: 100% refund
- 1–2 days before: 50% refund
- Day of check-in / no-show: no refund
Or keep the amount as credit toward a stay within one year.
Peak-season windows may differ — shown at booking.

Tiers reviewed annually. Points valid one year, usable on next booking. Stays and points accumulate across all properties.
08Amenities Provided
To support sustainability we do not provide single-use items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.).
In-room: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels of both sizes.
Daily housekeeping and towel change are not provided for consecutive stays.
09Pets
The current setup cannot yet accommodate pets comfortably — pets are not permitted for now.
10Breakfast
Provided by CAFE!N — a lifestyle breakfast known for craft. Menu rotates and cannot be pre-selected; vegetarian (lacto-ovo) available.
Breakfast is complimentary for whole-villa bookings only, not exchangeable.
11BBQ
For safety reasons, self-service BBQ is not permitted on-site.
We can arrange a mobile BBQ service or catering, or you may bring ingredients and cook in the kitchen.

13Invoices
As a small-scale accommodation we are exempt from unified invoicing and cannot issue tax receipts.

Violations incur a cleaning surcharge to maintain quality and safety.
