·Terms & Adjustments

Terms of Membership

1.　Tiers are calculated on an annual basis and reviewed at year-end. Members who do not meet the upgrade or renewal threshold will be adjusted to the tier matching their actual record for the following year. Adjusted tiers apply the relevant benefits from the start of that year.

2.　Member discounts and benefits may be revised from time to time based on seasonality, campaigns, or operational conditions of each villa.

3.　Room configurations and operating models differ across villas, so actual benefits follow each villa's public terms.

4.　Special campaigns or limited-time offers follow the specific rules of that campaign.

5.　This membership program takes effect from February 2026.
